Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes
The KNX integration included lights, fans, and climate. Simple on/off light controls and dimming via Dali. The fans are also included in the knx system being able to change the fan speed and light dimming. Climate control included geothermal unit with underfloor heating/cooling and fancoil heating/cooling. The changeover between heating/cooling is done directly through the KNX system and control for the fancoil and underfloor heating is done independently for each room. Also, a weather station has been added for temperature and humidity data. Automatic lighting for the staircase has been done with a motion sensor dependent on luminosity. Lastly, all the wc ventilation and the garage ventilation systems are controlled though KNX.
