Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This project consist of 3 Villas and palace all are part of Alcasaba residential high end compound project. Alcasaba residential villas project was inspired by marvelous Islamic architecture and traditional courtyard interiors. In Arabic, the word 'Alcasaba' refers to a fortified building with a high fence or a desert castle or fence - mostly popular in Andalusian and Moroccan cultures as well as in north African Islamic countries. This project is very detailed design to have the best knx smart homes in the region.
