Sani Asterias is an ultra-luxury, low-density boutique resort featuring 59 private beachside residences within a protected ecological reserve. Engineered for LEED Gold Certification, the property implements a unified KNX ecosystem as an 'invisible intelligence' balancing 5-star hospitality with strict environmental stewardship.
To maximize efficiency, KNX utilizes astronomical clocks and high-precision lux sensors to automate daylight harvesting and eliminate coastal light pollution. Inside the expansive villas, discrete presence networks, motorized shading, and magnetic door contacts dynamically adjust climate zones, executing immediate HVAC interlocks when doors open or rooms are vacated.
