Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovation
Smart homes and buildings are always an upgrade in comparison to a conventional installation. Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Customers Description
This is the first Curio Collection hotel in Portugal built by the Hilton Group. Located on Rua das Janelas Verdes, in one of the most emblematic historic districts of Lisbon, called The Emerald House, it is, as its name suggests, more than a hotel, it is a home. The warm and Portuguese way of welcoming, guided the motto for this project.
This remodeling had the intervention of Projedomus in the execution of the indoor/outdoor lighting control, shutters, HVAC systems, monitoring of electrical panels, thermal plant, temperatures and technical alarms.
The rooms have entrance and exit scenarios integrated with the hotel management system, with the aim of creating a good experience and comfort for the customer and energy savings for the hotel manager.
All systems are integrated and can be controlled through a visualization interface for building users.
The entire system is scalable and ready to integrate with the most diverse communication protocols used in buildings.
