Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
HSM (Health Center Stella Maris) is a three floor health center including living quarters for the elderly, along with the municipality's emergency center, home services, library and cafe.
HSM houses up to 64 residents spread over the two upper floors, with included monitoring of relevant alarms and signals, aiding the nurses in their daily jobs.
The KNX integration controls lighting - using presence and manual switching/dimming along with HCL controls for residents - cooling and heating, as well as air quality - using VAVs and radiator heating. The building also has integrated blind controls that are automatically controlled using a complete weather station with 9 difference facades.
Large parts of the KNX project is supervised by a SCADA system.
