Escenas de iluminación. Control inteligente de la iluminación para lograr ambientes lumínicos adecuados para cada momento del día. Control RGB.
Interfaz en tablet o smartphone. Control integral de toda la vivienda y del sistema de videportero. El usuario podía atender cualquier llamada del videoportero desde su smartphone o tablet tanto en la vivienda como fuera
Control de climatización. Integración del control del sistema de suelo radiante y del sistema de aire acondicionado de forma que el usuario podía elegir la temperatura deseada en cada estancia sin preocuparse de nada más
Sistema de audio multiroom. Se implantó un sistema de audio multiroom que permite disfrutar de un ambiente musical distinto en cada estancia de la vivienda pudiendo seleccionar la radio o playlist favorita de una forma fácil y rápida.
