Das Projekt steht für konsequente Gebäudeautomation auf Basis von KNX und erreicht einen außergewöhnlich hohen Automatisierungsgrad. Im Fokus steht eine CO₂-geführte Lüftungsanlage mit fünf Volumenstromreglern, die eine bedarfsgerechte und energieeffiziente Luftverteilung ermöglicht. Ergänzt wird dies durch eine intelligente Wärmebedarfsführung, bei der Heiz- und Kühlbetrieb systemübergreifend miteinander gekoppelt sind, um maximale Effizienz und Komfort zu gewährleisten. Individuelle Sonderlösungen wie eine integrierte Kinosteuerung, automatisierte Saunasteuerung sowie innovative Detailanwendungen – etwa eine sensorgesteuerte Staubsaugerroboterklappe oder die Wasserdrucküberwachung der Beregnungsanlage – unterstreichen den hohen Grad an Individualisierung. Die vollständige Sprachsteuerung via Apple Siri rundet das System ab und ermöglicht eine intuitive Bedienung des gesamten Gebäudes.
