“Užupio krantinės” is set in the very heart of the city and for this reason everything can be reached on foot. It’s easy to enjoy all pleasures of the old town here: cultural events, eye-catching UNESCO heritage architecture and cozy cafes. It was only logical to have smart house system used to have maximum comfort at home too. KNX allow to control complete apartment effortlessly while at the same time saving energy. It was possible to reach high automation level simply by using few devices, which allowed residents to have ability to control everything remotely or by voice.
