Customers Description
Unique Building is a 9-story office building located in the immediate vicinity of Palas Mall in Iasi. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and operates on the BMS (Building Management System) protocol KNX. The building features over 240 KNX devices, branded by Schneider Electric and Eelectron. Some of its functionalities include lighting control (both on-off using the classic system and dimmable using the DALI protocol), HVAC system control, bathroom fan control, access control, elevator control, barrier and garage door control, fresh air level and humidity monitoring, building consumption monitoring, panic mode, alarm integration.
Numerous scenario were created for this project such as: Panic mode, Fire alarm mode, Parking humidity control mode, Elevator unlock mode, Exterior light control, Interior light control, Lack of energy scenario.
All the equipment are housed within a robust IP network, safeguarding against hundreds of daily brute-force and phishing attacks.
