Customers Description
"Uchūsen" meaning spaceship in Japanese, a theme used for a KNX integrator office. After more than 15 years as KNX system integrator, we decided to have our own premises and fully equipped with KNX, to showcase the power & flexibilities of KNX.
This building is a certified Green Building Index (GBI) Silver status, equipped with Renewable Solar Energy, Rain Water Harvest, Power Meter monitoring, Lighting and HVAC control, irrigation system, Google voice activation and apps control. The best part of this building is done by vocational students to showcase skills of vocational including KNX.
4 story building divided into lower ground (Engine room) where all engineers and technician located. A dashboard to display energy & water consumption of each level. First floor, space café, space capsule, prayer room and KNX training centre. Second floor is command centre, battle station and UFO room and roof will be gym, library and game room. All fully control and monitor with KNX
