Customers Description
Beachfront luxury penthouse renovation project located at the main coastline of central Limassol. The apartment offers unobstructed sea views of the Mediterranean from all living areas as it is constructed just inches away from the coast. The interior design team aimed for ultimate luxury and the automation system keypads and controls were no exception. Premium KNX Keypads by the Italian manufacturer Black Nova were chosen to offer a 5-star luxury hotel feeling. Aria Collection glass touch keypads incorporate climate controls and bedside power sockets on a single glass panel unit providing unparalleled beauty. Keypad matching Black Nova glass sockets and network outlet frames were also installed. The apartment features custom made lighting units, electric curtains and blinds, electric underfloor heating, VRV & HRV units. All these are controlled through the glass touch keypads, an 11-inch central control touch screen and through the automation server mobile application.
