KNX Solution Implemented:
The entire automation system is based on KNX.
The villa includes integration of the following systems:
Lighting control
HVAC system (temperature zones and fan coil control)
Shutters and blinds
Multi-room audio system using WHD brand devices.
ABB Welcome door entry system
Water pumps and drip irrigation (managed via KNX switches and schedules)
User interfaces: KNX touch panels, remote controls, and wall switches
All systems communicate through the KNX bus to ensure reliability and flexibility.Custom logic functions were programmed to optimize comfort and reduce energy consumption.
