Kunde kam mit der Anfrage nach Programmierung auf mich zu, nachdem ein Elektriker alles verdrahtet hatte und sich selber nicht mit der Programmierung auskennt.
Es lag keine Dokumentation der KNX-Topolgie vor, sodass ein Vorort-Termin zwingend notwendig war. Durch Erfahrung war der KNX-Schaltplan "schnell" klar.

Der Kunde baute auf meine Anweisung das Gerät bei sich ein, sodass ich bei Bedarf (Freigabe durch Kunde) mich auf seine Anlage schalten konnte
