Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
This KNX project has been implemented in a beautiful house in the heart of Cape Town. The owner is originary from Germany. The house counts on 4 stories, divided in 2 volumes, having a guest area built in. The architect study and the building company are well known in South Africa (WSP, for example, is founding member of the Green Buiding Council in South Africa), and it follows high standards of construction.
