Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
In diversen Beratungsgesprächen, stellte sich heraus, dass der Kunde sehr viel Wert auf Flexibilität und Optik legt. Hier wurde durch ein durchdachtes Konzept mit Glastaster II Smart und Glastaster II Light, ein für den Kunden angepasstes Design entwickelt und umgesetzt. Besonderheiten der Anlage sind der elektrisch angesteuerte Sonnenschirm mit Beleuchtung, die Lichtvoute im Wohnzimmer und die Herausforderung eine große Anzahl nachträglicher Änderungen in das System einzupflegen. Ebenso wurde in die Sprechanlage und am Tor jeweils ein eKey installiert, welcher abgefragt wird und diverse Aktionen auslöst. Für den Zugang auf die Dachterrasse wurde ein elektrischer Dachausstieg integriert und mit diversen Schutzmaßnahmen vor Witterungen wie Regen, Frost und Wind versehen.
