Customers Description
AL MAMSHA SEERAH is an ongoing ELV and KNX-based smart residential development for a major UAE developer, located in the Umm Al Muweilah promenade area in Sharjah. The project comprises eight residential buildings, two swimming pool facilities, and multiple sports courts, all designed to deliver a modern, connected living environment. KNX technology is implemented to provide centralized and intelligent control of lighting, dimming, and scene management across residential units and shared amenities. The scope of work includes ELV and KNX site execution, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and commissioning support to ensure system reliability, consistency, and performance across all buildings. The project demonstrates the scalability, flexibility, and robustness of KNX in managing large-scale residential developments while enhancing user comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
