Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Cullen Residence is one of BIAS’s recently completed security and smart‑home automation projects in Pafos, Cyprus. Designed by LK Architects, it features a fully integrated system combining advanced security, entertainment, and home automation for a seamless, modern living experience. The four‑level property includes beautiful gardens, water features, pools, patios, and panoramic sea and hill views. Integrated fire and alarm sensors, CCTV cameras and video‑doorphones deliver high‑level security and convenient access. With over 600 lights and 80 shading motors controllable via 10″ colour touchscreens and sleek glass‑aluminium panels, residents enjoy custom scenes—Goodnight, Party, Movie—that elegantly adjust lighting and shades.
