Customers Description
This penthouse was part of an eight apartment and commercial unit development where we were commissioned to design and install CCTV, access and intercom, pre-wire for AV and BMS control to six apartments and full KNX control of the two penthouses.
A Zennio Z41 Pro provides a touchscreen, iOS/Android visualisation and logic, combined with Gira keypads that will have inscribed keys once the apartment functions have been customised for the purchaser.
Control of Mitsubishi air-conditioning, boiler, underfloor heating and towel rails, as well as lighting and shading.
GIRA access control and CCTV.
