Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Customers Description
This dual-purpose, modern building was built in the Balaton highlands, in the homeland of the famous Balaton wine. The winery is used by permanent staff, the apartment part is inhabited by guests who come periodically. The client's most important aspect was that the guests should be able to handle the technical features of the apartments even if they stay for 1-2 days. Intervention through a tablet embedded in the wall is most suitable for this. E.g. sound system, lighting, cooling and heating control. The lighting is a DALI system. In the apartments, the underfloor heating works based on the measurements of the sensors built into the base. The protection of wet rooms against water intrusion is achieved by side wall, aesthetically hidden sensors. Ceiling-mounted hidden fan-coils provide cooling and auxiliary heating. Buttons with backlit icons help guests navigate the user interfaces.
