Homira KNX PIR Presence/Constant Light Detector

Homira KNX Presence and Constant Light Detectors (Models: HM-PIR-01) are intelligent multi-sensor devices for home and building automation. They integrate presence/motion detection, brightness measurement, temperature and humidity sensing, and support constant lighting control, logic, scene, and RTC functions. The HM-PIR-01 uses pyroelectric infrared (PIR) technology for precise motion detection, while the HM-BPD-01 employs 24 GHz microwave radar for high sensitivity to subtle movements and static presence. Both models support KNX Data Secure and can operate in master/slave configurations to extend coverage areas. Typical applications include offices, residential spaces, hotels, classrooms, and public areas for automated lighting, HVAC optimization, and occupancy-based energy management. All parameters are configurable via ETS 5.7 or higher, including detection sensitivity, brightness thresholds, follow-up times, and multi-level lighting control. Devices are ceiling-mountable, powered via KNX bus (and auxiliary 12–30 V DC for HM-BPD-01), and feature internal LED indicators, logic channels, and scene recall functions, ensuring flexible integration within KNX-based smart environments.
