MDT Weather Station Home

The MDT Weather Station Home is designed for weather detection in private residential applications. The weather station is intended for outdoor installation and can be mounted on a pole. Alternatively, it can be installed on a wall on the southern side of the building. Connection to the KNX bus is made via a 5 m long bus cable, which is included in the delivery.

The weather station features three brightness sensors facing the sky directions East, West and South. The sensors can be configured using two threshold values and an extensive facade control function for shutters and blinds. An additional twilight sensor is integrated. The individually adjustable wind sensor measures wind speed and can trigger actions when configured limits are exceeded. The temperature sensor, which can also be configured with threshold values, completes the functionality of the weather station.
