Bus access to the KNX system
ETS3 already existing connection manager is again optimized and clearly arranged in ETS4. Now you have the possibility to switch the KNX bus interface directly in the KNX bus monitor. All the from ETS3 known possibilities to connect to the KNX bus remain:
- USB
- KNXnet/ IP (local intranet or remote control over internet)
- RS232 (if supported by operating system and PC hardware)
Project Documentation
Your customers require you to deliver high quality project documentation. Thanks to ETS4 you generate the complete information with a professional look, fully automatically.
Next to the functions from ETS3, ETS4 offers new functions like saving your project data directly in the database (such as CAD drawings). Important data will be not lost during the project life. Improved project description history and moreover a new single device report are also part of the new functions.
Diagnosis
Project maintenance is getting more and more important. ETS4 gives you also new possibilities in this field, such as:
- Online project diagnosis of installation errors
- Flexible KNX bus/group monitor with controlled recording capabilities and new filter- respectively trigger conditions
- Bus load screen
